Q: Does my Dentist use GUM® and/or Butler® products?

Q: Are my credit card purchases safe?
Yes. We use secure server technology that encrypts all submitted information. In addition, we do not store any credit card information.
Q: Does Sunstar Americas sell my personal information?
No. Sunstar Americas will never sell your information to any outside party. In addition, we will only contact you to alert you to new product offerings or special discounts. As required by law, you always have the option to opt-out of these communications.
Q: How do you calculate shipping charges?
Sunstar Americas attempts to ship all consumer orders via UPS Ground or the United States Postal Service. For all orders less than $100, we charge a flat $5.00 for shipping and handling. All orders over $100 receive free shipping. You are always given the option to receive your product via expedited shipping (Next Day, 2 Day Air, etc.). All costs for these services are borne by the customer and are calculated at time of checkout via a link to the UPS website.
Q: What does the acronym GUM mean?
The use of the letters G.U.M as a brand for Oral Care Products isn’t a coincidence. G.U.M. stands for Gentle Uletic Massage and relates to the type of toothbrush action that delivers maximum gum care benefits.
